Representation

 I am going to describe how in this advert there are 3 people. The main characters are 2 women and the third person was a delivery man. Females are main characters for a lot of reasons but for this advert I feel like they are used to attract male audience because its a advert for everyone however using females will attract opposite gender. The place featured in the campaign is in a elevator so this shows the audience that its in a work place. The product being advertised is the McDonalds chicken strips. Its a new product in the market. The theme of this advert is about people who are working and on their break. This will attract audiences because they will feel like they can relate to this.













I am going to describe how In the McDonalds print ad they don't show anyone so the main focus is on the product. The place featured in the campaign looks like its in a restaurant because of the way its presented it looks like its being served.  The product being advertised in this print ad is the McDonalds chicken strips and the sauces that are displayed. The theme of this advert is for people who have high expectations for the presentation because the way this is presented seems like its from a posh restaurant not from a fast-food.

To evaluate i think this advert is more targeted at females because all it shows in the advert is women in the beginning so people will automatically assume its for females because it doesn't show its a McDonalds advert first. However the print ad is targeted at everyone because the way they presented it will catch anyone's eye.







                                                                                                                                                                 







 I am going to describe how In the Cadbury advert there are more than 5 people in it. It has both male and females however there are more men in the video. This can be shown as the advert is more targeted towards men. The place featured in the campaign was in a office. It seemed like it was in a high class buildings because of how big it was and the expensive equipment's being used. The products being advertised in this advert is the product for the advert which is the chocolate. However there is more like they had a range of technology which was the computer and the Telephone. The theme of this advert is about people who work in offices and are continuously using computers so its basically saying that they will get energy by eating this chocolate.

 I am going to describe how Just like the McDonald's print ad they don't show anyone so the main focus is on product. This looks like its in been put to together on a software because it looks animated. The product being advertised in this print ad is the Cadbury chocolate. The theme of this advert is to make it fun and eye catching. This print ad is animated so it will attract the younger audience.

In my comparison I am going to evaluate how both campaigns promote to both genders. To emphasis the TV ad features both genders so it shows that the advert is targeted at everyone which will draw more attention to the audiences. The print ad is also targeted at everyone due to the colours used and the way its presented.
